The Carlsbad Premium Outlet and Las Americas Premium Outlets in SoCal currently have a San Diego Zoo promotion going on; you get a FREE San Diego Zoo Admission with a Gift Card purchase of $75 or more from June 15 – Aug 31.
Purchase a Simon® l Chelsea Premium Outlets® Gift Card or Simon Pink Ribbon Gift Card valued at $75 or more and receive one (1) Free Adult General Admission Ticket to the San Diego Zoo (Value $28.50). Limit two tickets per person per transaction per day. Gift Card terms and conditions apply. Offer only valid on gift card purchases made in person at the Information Center. The gift card is actually a VISA prepaid debit card which can be used anywhere VISA cards are accepted. You can also register your Simon GC online and use it for online purchases as well. However, there is a processing fee of $2 (or $3 for the Pink Ribbon card). So the $75 VISA card will actually cost $77, hence the $2 for the zoo ticket.
If the ticket has a value on it though, you can even try to upgrade to a season pass on your way out for only $49 total for 2 adults!
